GPED aims at improving the care of children in developing countries with endocrine disorders through the provision of training and educational opportunities, developing research studies and promoting advocacy for our goals.
GPED is open to all pediatric endocrinologists or health professionals working in the field of Pediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes in a low income setting.
Membership to GPED is free. The benefits of membership include:
- A username/PW with access to the membership list on line (search function) and other members-only activities as they develop
- A copy of the minutes of the general assembly held once a year
- Access to the GPED website where information on existing programs, conferences and publications relevant to Pediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes in low income countries/settings will be posted
Once the application is approved by the Executive Committee of GPED, you will receive an Email with a password allowing you to log in and enter additional information such as your fields of interest and a short bio.
